Plumbing that gets fixed the first visit

Leaks, blocked drains and dead hot water systems handled by a small crew that explains the fault, agrees the price with you, and leaves the room cleaner than it was found.

  • Licensed & insured
  • Fixed price up front
  • Tidy finish
  • Licensed and insured

Every job is carried out by a qualified plumber, with full cover in place before any tool comes out of the van.

  • Priced before we start

You see the fault, the fix and the figure in writing. Nothing goes ahead until you say yes to the number.

  • Left clean and tested

Drop sheets down, mess taken with us, and the repair run through with you before we pack up.

What we fix

The calls we take every week

Most household plumbing lands in one of six buckets. If yours sits somewhere between them, describe it in the quote form and we will tell you straight whether it is our kind of job.

Leak detection & repair

Damp ceilings, ticking meters and quiet under-floor leaks traced to the actual source before anything is cut open.

Blocked drains

Slow sinks, gurgling toilets and backed-up outside gullies cleared, then checked so the same blockage does not return.

Hot water systems

Lukewarm showers, leaking tanks and pilot faults diagnosed, with repair or replacement laid out as an honest choice.

Bathroom fit-outs

Rough-in through to final fix for renovations, coordinated around your tiler so the trades are not tripping over each other.

Taps, toilets & valves

Dripping mixers, running cisterns and seized isolation valves — the small jobs that quietly add to a water bill.

Pipe renewal

Tired galvanised runs and split joints replaced in sections, so you are not paying to redo pipework that is still sound.

How a job runs

No surprises between the call and the clean-up

Three steps, every time, whether it is a washer or a full bathroom rough-in.

  1. Tell us what is happening

Send the quote form with a short description. We reply with the likely cause, a price range and the next available window.

  2. We look before we quote

On site the fault is confirmed and the fixed price is written down. You approve it before any work begins — or pay nothing if you would rather not go ahead.

  3. Fixed, tested, tidied

The repair is completed, run under pressure while you watch, and the area is left clean with the old parts shown to you.

Weekday visits are booked in morning or afternoon windows so you are not waiting on the doorstep all day. Just outside the list? Ask anyway — if we cannot get there we will say so rather than leave you waiting.

Before you book

Questions we are asked most

How is the price worked out?

Each job is quoted as a fixed figure once we have seen the fault, not as an open hourly rate. The quote covers labour, parts and clean-up, and it does not move unless you ask for extra work — in which case you get a new figure first.

Do you take after-hours work?

Evening and weekend slots are kept for genuine emergencies such as burst pipes or a toilet that cannot be isolated. Anything that can safely wait is booked into the next weekday window at the standard price.

Do you supply the parts?

Yes. Common fittings, washers, valves and flexible hoses travel in the van, so most repairs finish in one visit. If you have already bought a fixture you want installed, bring it up in the quote form and we will confirm it is suitable.

What should I do before you arrive?

Clear access to the sink cupboard, meter or hot water unit, and shut off the water at the isolation valve if something is actively leaking. Nothing else is needed — we bring drop sheets and our own lighting.

Describe the problem

The more you can tell us, the closer the first estimate will be. We read every message ourselves.

  • Where the fault is and how long it has been going
  • Whether water is still running or has been isolated
  • Any days or windows that suit you
For example: “Slow drain in the main bathroom, started about a week ago, water backs up in the shower.”

We reply with a price range and the next available window.
